PRE 101
Overview
PRE 101 is a two-credit course designed to enable new KU students make a successful transition to the University. Topics include an introduction to university history, resources, policies and procedures; the diverse KU community; and basic academic skills. Students explore the academic, personal and professional goals, and how they can contribute to the academic and social community of the university. Sections are small-no more than 25 students-and are taught by experienced university staff and faculty. The course is open to any student with fewer than 30 credit hours and counts as elective credit toward graduation.
